Shipping

Where do you ship to?

All 50 US states!

Some extra charges may be needed for shipping to HI or AK. I will contact you before items ship to discuss if necessary.

How long does shipping take?

This really depends on the item, how busy the shop is and if it is a custom item. I try to be up front and give a generic time frame of 7-10 business days. It is best to join our Frankie Lynn Gifts VIP group to stay up to date on TAT.

ALL APPAREL orders are a standard 10-14 TAT. This will decrease as more apparel items are requested, I outsource my materials and it can take a few days to receive materials and enough orders to order material.

ALWAYS reach out if you have specific time frames or any questions at all through the contact us bottom at the top of the page.

How do I track my order?

You will receive tracking information once the item has shipped through email or you will recieve an email that your item is ready for pick up, with hours and location for pick up.

Returns

How do I return an item?

We do not accept returns unless the item arrived broken or not up to your standards. Please reach out to us via email if a return is needed: frankielynngifts@gmail.com. Most returns are refunded via store credit.

Can I exchange for a different item?

We do not typically accept returns unless you are very unhappy with the purchase. Please reach out to us if you are looking to exchange an item: frankielynngifts@gmail.com or use the contact us form the menu.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes and no. This is very case by case. I love to ask Frankie Lynn Gifts VIP page for any ideas or items they would like to see. I love to take those requests and add them to the store. If it is a custom request for an item, we already have available, many times we can accommodate. Use the contact us form above to discuss any custom requests.
