Shipping policy

RTS (Ready to Ship):

• Turn Around Time (TAT) is 1-4 business days, unless noted in item description. 

All Apparel:

• ALL apparel is 10-14 business days as we order materials 1x a week or after the closing of a party. Please message us if you have a deadline, we try our best to meet those!

Pre Orders:

• TAT is approx 2 weeks (10-14 business days) unless otherwise stated or discussed
• Any information and photos we have are in the listing
• If there is an issue with the order, we will contact you immediately

Custom Items:

• Turn Around Time (TAT) is 7-14 business days, unless otherwise noted in item description.

 

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND- IF you purchase multiple categories of shipping categories, shipping will be based off of longest TAT. For example, you purchase a RTS t-shirt and a pre-order, all items will ship in approx. 2 weeks (pre-order TAT).
